NordicTrack’s Most Popular Treadmill Perfected My Stride — And Mile Time

Actively running marathons — both full and half — the last eight years, I know firsthand how difficult training can be. This type of exercise can be hard on the body, and I’ve experienced everything from deeply sore muscles and calloused and cracked heels to shoulder pain from poor form and cramps from overexerted energy on longer sessions.
